User Agreement for Exporting Coffee from Colombia TO

This User Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between the Colombian Coffee Growers Federation (FNC), hereinafter referred to as the “FNC”, and the exporter, hereinafter referred to as the “Exporter”. This Agreement governs the terms and conditions of exporting coffee from Colombia in accordance with the guidelines set forth by the FNC and the Colombian government.

1. Parties

  • The FNC: A legal entity representing Colombian coffee growers and exporters.
  • The Exporter: A legal entity engaged in the export of Colombian coffee.

2. Purpose

The purpose of this Agreement is to establish a mutually beneficial relationship between the FNC and the Exporter for the export of coffee from Colombia in compliance with the regulations, standards, and guidelines set forth by the FNC and the Colombian government.

3. Responsibilities of the FNC

The FNC agrees to:

  • Provide necessary documentation and permits required for the export of coffee.

This Agreement may be terminated by either party with written notice to the other party, provided that such termination does not violate any existing contractual obligations.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Colombia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Colombian courts.
